1. Bookings
E-Biz Travel is a internet company handling hotels reservation
service via internet. We act as reservation agent for the sale
of hotel rooms or packages.
2. Booking Conditions
2.1 Any purchase made through the website, bookings have to be
made in advance at least 7 days.
2.2 Your reservation might be on a request basis and final confirmation
will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
2.3 For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please
submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation.
If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your
credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit
card for the processing fee at all
2.4 Arrival flight details and information are compulsory to secure
the confirmed room reservations, as certain hotels will not entertain
booking request otherwise, especially during peak seasons.
2.5 Once booking is reconfirm and payment is made, we will not
accept name amendment.
3.Cancellation Policy
3.1 If you have to cancel, amendment or no show, for whatever
reason, one night room rate or whole duration booked in peak season
as penalty will be charged after booking is reconfirm. Details
of such conditions will be advised at the time of booking
3.2 The cancellation deadlines may also vary in certain destinations,
depending on seasonality, hotel policy and prevailing conditions,
such conditions will be communicated to you in advance, prior
to acceptance of any booking confirmation.
4. Payment
4.1 Full prepayment is required either by credit
card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex) or bank transfer.
4.2 Upon clearance of payment, hotel voucher will be issued and
sent to you by email. Please print out a voucher and hand it over
to hotel counter upon check-in.

kindly inform the respective reservation staff by email and
fax the bank slip to our Bangkok Office at +66 2246-1403.
Alternatively, prepayment can be made via credit
card online secured form. |
5. Prices & Vality
5.1 During peak season, certain hotels in various cities will require
a guarantee of full payment for the whole duration booked. Details
of such conditions will be advised at the time of booking.
5.2 Category of hotels as indicated by the number of asterisks serve
as a guideline only and is based on facilities offered at hotels,
and is subject to changes which are beyond our control.
5.3 In certain cities, rates may be higher than what is available
locally at the time of arrival, due to communication and promotional
costs involved in the marking of the hotels and E-Biz Travel shall
not be accountable for any such differences.
5.4 Hotel room and other photographs shown in webpage may not be
specific to the actual room occupied.
6.
Warranty
6.1 E-Biz Travel is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the
traveler suffers during in connection with the journey, nor for
accommodation due to circumstances beyond E-Biz Travel's control.
6.2 E-Biz Travel shall in no way guarantee the quality or any aspect
of the services of the hotel chosen by you. |
